When you place an order with us on Frederique Constant.com, you are buying directly from the brand - and you can be assured that your Frederique Constant purchase is authentic and first quality. All Frederique Constant timepieces are backed by our global Three-Year Limited Warranty.

All purchases from Frederique Constant Canada, a division of CITIZEN WATCH CANADA LTD., may only be shipped within Canada, we are unable to ship internationally. All products are subject to availability. In the event that we are out of stock, you will be notified by the next business day. We reserve the right to limit the quantity of products we supply; to supply only part of an order; or to divide an order into multiple shipments to expedite delivery. We also reserve the right to change the terms or duration of any special offers or sales promotions.

Pre Orders

At Frederique Constant, you can reserve a watch from an upcoming launch before they sell out. Each pre-order has an expected ship date assigned.

You can simply add a pre-order item to your cart, just like any other item, and proceed to checkout. You are required to provide a payment method to place a pre-order. When using a credit card or debit card as your payment method, a pre-authorization hold will be processed. This transaction will typically “fall off” and be released back to your card in approx. 15 business days, depending on your payment provider.

Once the order is ready to ship, your order will be processed for the full amount. Please make sure your card does not expire between the time you place your order and the time your item is expected to ship. This will cause processing delays. After the order has completed its processing time, you will receive a shipping email notification once tracking information has been generated.

Shipping and Delivery

All orders, including expedited orders, will be shipped from our facility within 2 business days. Orders placed on Friday after 12:00 PM Eastern Time, Saturday and Sunday will begin processing on Monday. Orders placed on an official holiday will begin processing the following business day. Orders over $650 will ship signature required. 

We are pleased to offer FREE Standard Shipping within Canada for any order placed on Frederique Constant.com. We also offer an expedited shipping option. Please see below for shipping options and delivery timeframes:

  • FedEx Express Saver/Economy®: FREE. You can expect to receive your order in 1-3 business days, after your order has been processed and shipped. 
  • FedEx Priority Overnight®: $25. You can expect to receive your order the next business day, after your order has been processed and shipped. 

Transit times may vary based on your location and the time of year. We are unable to ship to Canadian Post Office Box addresses or outside of Canada at this time. 

Tracking

As soon as your order ships, we will email you a shipping confirmation which will allow you to track the status of your shipment online. Please note that tracking information may take up to 24 hours to appear on the carrier’s website. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase when it arrives, if there is a discrepancy in your order, or if you encounter any problems with your purchase, please retain all packaging and documentation and contact us immediately at customersupport_ca@citizenwatchgroup.com or call to speak with Customer Care at (800) 263-7799 from 9:30 AM to 4:30 PM Eastern Time Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order, please send an email as soon as possible to customersupport_ca@citizenwatchgroup.com – or call us toll free at (800) 263-7799 – from 9:30 AM to 4:30 PM Eastern Time Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. We will try to accommodate your request, but once an order has been submitted, we cannot guarantee the purchase can be cancelled.

Please allow up to two weeks for your return to be processed once it has arrived at our facility. Refunds will be issued to the purchaser in the same form of payment used for the original sales transaction.

Expedited shipping are non-refundable.

Return policy

Please note that we accept returns for products purchased through our website only that are in original condition (unworn, with original packaging, and any removed links included). Any gift with purchase items must also be returned; in the event that any of these items are not returned, additional charges may apply.
